The perfect candidate has a strong desire to succeed and be part of a winning team. They must be able to communicate clearly with customers of all personality types and make decisions in a fast-paced and often bilingual and trilingual environment. They must also have a positive attitude, good organizational skills, and enjoy working as part of our team.

You will be responsible for various tasks including answering phone calls, developing and posting advertisements in any digital or physical medium, collecting rental payments, preparing bed spaces after guest departures, and identifying and coordinating maintenance matters.

You will receive $100 commissions for each new customer that moves into the property, in addition to your monthly salary. Top performers will be promoted and salary increased.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from guests and tenants

  • Developing and posting advertisements in any digital or physical medium to promote rental availability and attract guests and tenants

  • Collecting rental payments and keeping accurate records of financial transactions

  • Preparing bed spaces after guest departures, ensuring they are clean and ready for the next guests

  • Identifying and coordinating maintenance matters with the property manager and maintenance team

  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Tech-savvy and able to use various digital tools and software

  • Creative and able to develop engaging and effective advertising campaigns

  • Intuitive and able to identify and address problems before they escalate

  • Fluent in English, and speak at least one additional language (Spanish preferred)

  • Able to work independently and take initiative

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
